Adding to this, Lamb’s preparation and cooking may have proven to require more culinary skills than most people possess.


 In addition, until now the most common cuts and ways to prepare lamb are rack of lamb, lamb chops, leg of lamb, braised lamb, lamb burgers, and the relatively new arrivals lamb kabob, and lamb gyros.
